I am a computational biologist passionate about understanding why and how we age. My previous work on ageing ranges from genomic analysis of age-related diseases to drug repurposing to gene expression heterogeneity. You can find my previous work on ageing as well as popgen, and evolutionary biology on Google Scholar.
In the Valenzano lab, I study host-microbe interactions with an eco-evolutionary perspective and develop longitudinal models to study temporal changes in the gut microbiome throughout host ageing.
